Pumpkin Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. milk (half and half)
    1 box coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, spice and salt.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix well. Gradually stir in milk.
    Add coconut; mix until thoroughly blended.
    Pour into unbaked pastry-lined pie pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
