Judy Knight'S Chafing Dish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 large grated onion
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1/2 jar large grape jelly
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine chuck, egg, onion and salt.
    Shape into 50 or 60 small balls. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in a skillet. Simmer meatballs in mixture until brown. Serve warm.
