Potato Salad Dressing(Large Batch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
4 or 5 eggs

Preparation

Mix sugar and vinegar together.
Add slightly beaten eggs. Cook until thick.
If it doesn't thicken; add a little cornstarch to it.
Stir to a boil for a little while; set off to cool to see if it will thicken or set in cold water.
