Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling salted water
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs, separated
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits.
    Stir in margarine, egg yolks and cheese until cheese is melted.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in ungreased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
