Crab Meat Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 minced garlic clove
2 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients at room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve as a spread on assorted crackers.
