Pineapple And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
1 stick butter/margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Mix juice, flour and sugar; set aside. Lay pineapple in bottom of dish and cover with cheese. Pour juice mixture over cheese. Melt butter. Mix with crushed crackers. Crumble cracker mixture over cheese layer. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
