Sugar-Free Applesauce, Date, Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. \"Splenda\" sugar substitute
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can no sugar applesauce
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. black walnuts, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates, soaked in water to remove all the sugar and water drained off
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Mix flour, Splenda, spices and soda. Add oil and eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla flavoring, applesauce, raisins, nuts and dates. Sprinkle a little flour over raisins, dates and nuts to keep them from falling to the bottom of cake while cooking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
