Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    2 c. flour
    powdered or cinnamon sugar
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat whole egg and egg yolks until fluffy.
    Add water and salt.
    Work in flour.
    Roll and knead dough.
    Separate into 12 parts.
    Roll each part into an 8-inch circle.
    Heat 1-inch of oil in a skillet (375\u00b0).
    Cook until golden brown on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
