Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tenderized round steak, cut in cubes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 small white onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Beat 3 tablespoons of flour into meat.
    Brown in 4 tablespoons of oil in skillet; add onions and pepper.
    When tender and brown, add soup, then sour cream, stirring constantly, until well mixed. Cook rice or noodles while meat is cooking.
    Serve rice or noodles with mixture poured over.
    Sprinkle with dried parsley for color. Fast!
