Salmon Log Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (or equivalent smoked salmon)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish (or to taste)
    1/4 tsp. salt and white pepper
    1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, discarding bones and skin.
    Combine with lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, cream cheese and liquid smoke seasoning.
    Mix well and chill several hours.
