Baked Gouda(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round Gouda
    1 small pkg. crescent rolls (4 roll pkg.)
    mustard
    egg white
    sesame seed
    crackers (optional)
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls and seal all seams together by pinching and patting.
    Spread mustard over sealed crescent rolls.
    Remove wax cover from Gouda and place cheese in center of crescent rolls. Bring corners of dough up and over Gouda, gathering edges and making sure none of the seams come open.
    Brush top of dough with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake according to directions on crescent roll can.
    Serve with crackers, if desired.
