Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1-1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    2-1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix in order.
    Place in 2 loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
