Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled beets
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mild vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add cornstarch and sugar.
    Stir in vinegar.
    Let sauce boil.
    Add beets and salt.
