Muscadine Cake Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. muscadine preserves (Southern Touch)
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, sugar and butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 20 minutes (can use double boiler) until thickened.
