Canape Lorenzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, chopped fine
    1 lb. shrimp, chopped fine
    few green onions, chopped fine
    mayonnaise
    wine or garlic vinegar
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix with enough mayonnaise so that it will spread nicely. Also, add a little wine or garlic vinegar.
    Spread on Melba toast and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a little paprika. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
    Serve hot.
