Ingredients

1 3/4 c. self-rising flour (1 tsp. extra of baking powder and a pinch of salt)
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk, warmed to room temperature
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 egg whites, beaten stiff with 1 tsp. sugar added
Preparation

Combine egg yolks, milk and butter.
Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites.
Pour over hot waffle iron.
