Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes (can also use 6 to 8)
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
onions to taste (about 1 Tbsp.), chopped finely
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cook and mash.
Add cream cheese, egg and onions.
Bake until fluffy or about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
