Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) tri tip roast
    Worcestershire sauce
    Norton seasoned salt
    Mrs. Dash no salt seasoning
    golden cream of mushroom soup
    red onions
    brown or white flour
    vegetable oil
    water
Preparation
    Season to
    taste.
    Roast
    with\tpepper, salt or no salt seasoning
    mix.
    Coat
    roast
    with\tflour.\tHeat
    1/2
    cup\tof vegetable oil
    on
    high heat in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven. Brown roast
    quickly on each side.\tRemove roast from container; drain
    excess
    oil\toff.
    Leave
    drippings\tin container. Slice 3 medium
    onions.
    Layer
    on bottom of skillet or Dutch oven half of the onions.
    Place roast back in container.
    Put the remaining onions on top of roast.
