Bulgur Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur (cracked wheat)
    1 c. warm beef stock
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    1 large shallot, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine bulgur and stock.
    Let soak approximately 45 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
