Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 minced clove garlic
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and cut in half lengthwise.
    Hollow out shells, reserving the pulp.
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Add chopped zucchini pulp and chopped tomato to mixture.
    It should not be too juicy.
    Fill shells with mixture, rounding the top.
