Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sweet milk
grated onion to taste
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix well; bake in buttered baking dish at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Top may be sprinkled with more crumbs, more cheese or both.
This can be mixed ahead of time except for topping, then topped and baked when ready to serve.
