Fajita Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fajita meat
    1 (3 oz.) bag fajita seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) bottle lime juice
    1 1/2 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 (24 oz.) jar picante sauce
Preparation
    Marinate fajita meat in fajita seasoning and lime juice for at least 1 hour.
    Put roast in roasting pan with the onions, green peppers and celery.
    Pour over top the picante sauce.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Cut in strips and serve with flour tortillas.
