Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 small onion
    1 head lettuce
    1 lb. bacon
    1 (8 oz.) container Parmesan cheese
    1 small jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain.
    Set aside.
    Slice by hand or food processor as for slaw the lettuce, cauliflower and onion into a large bowl.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
    Crumble on bacon. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Serve.
