Low-Fat Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. uncooked rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and chopped
Preparation
    Prepare rice, using package directions, adding onion and green pepper.
    Combine rice and soups in a bowl; mix well.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a baking dish; top with chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yields 8 servings.
