Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. scalded milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
9-inch baked pie crust
Preparation

Blend flour, salt, cocoa and sugar.
Add to scalded milk. Cook until it thickens.
Add small amount of mixture to egg yolks. Mix and return to pan.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add butter and vanilla. Let cool and pour into 9-inch baked pie crust.
Cover with meringue.
