Glenda'S Pecan Snackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Heat oven to 250\u00b0. Beat egg white until it stands in soft peaks. Mix in brown sugar, flour and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Remove 1 at a time and place well-coated an inch apart on brown paper on a cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let stackers stand for 30 minutes in oven. Take out and let cool.
