Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes (medium), peeled or unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Halve potatoes lengthwise and slice into 1/2-inch thick strips.
    Put margarine, oil, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Add potatoes, tossing to coat well.
    Arrange potato strips in single layer on nonstick baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes.
