Party Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 can or 1/3 c. tomato paste
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. butter, margarine or oil
Preparation
    Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Using a tablespoon, scoop out and shape meat balls.
    Fry in butter or oil until brown, frying only a few at a time.
    Place in a chafing dish to keep warm.
    Serve with toothpicks.
    Yields 30 to 35 meat balls.
