Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift and mix dry ingredients.
    In bowl, mix egg, milk and butter.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Mix slowly with spoon by hand to just combine, do not beat.
    Grease muffin tins or large iron skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
