Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 jar Mrs. Richard's caramel ice cream topping
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 Heath bars

Preparation

Bake cake as directed on package.
Mix together ice cream topping and condensed milk.
