Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    3-inch chunk Velveeta cheese
    parsley
    2 c. water
    6 chicken bouillons
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    2 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of saucepan; saute celery and onion. Add water and bouillon.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Sprinkle in parsley.
    Stir in half and half.
    Add broccoli and carrots last.
