Seafood And Spinach Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. flour
    1 lb. spinach, cooked and all water squeezed out
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg plus 2 yolks, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    8 oz. raw chopped shrimp, scallops, crab, lobster meat or any combination
Preparation
    You will also need string and double thick cheesecloth and 2 roasting pans (same size).
