Chicken And Spinach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. (boxes) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 to 6 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs

Preparation

Spread spinach in greased 8 x 12-inch casserole.
Place chicken breasts on top in single layer.
Mix mayonnaise, chicken soup, curry and lemon juice and spread over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
