Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 apple, shredded
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Beat together eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar.
Stir in pineapple, apple, coconut, raisins, carrots and nuts.
Sift in flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Blend well.
Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Better 24 hours after baked.
