Healthy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 large sweet onion, chopped
    2 sweet bell or chili peppers, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. frozen or fresh corn (optional)
Preparation
    Saute ground turkey in a large Dutch oven until no longer pink.
    Add the vegetables and garlic.
    Cook until crisp-tender. Add other ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Garnish with 1 tablespoon grated low-fat Cheddar cheese, if desired.
    Serve with crusty bread or tortillas. (Also good served over a baked potato.) Serves 6.
