Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup
    5 c. water
    1 c. minus 1 Tbsp. rice
    2 lb. hot sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil the soup, rice and water for 7 minutes; do not drain. In skillet, cook sausage, onion, celery and bell pepper until tender.
    Pour meat mixture into rice mixture; stir well.
    Put in a casserole dish (12 x 8-inch).
    Cover with foil.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
