Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini
10 plum tomatoes or 5 to 6 regular tomatoes
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices and halve these.
Cut tomatoes in pieces.
Place with zucchini in 2-quart casserole.
Mix flour, sugar, onions, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over vegetables.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
