Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves stuffing bread
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery or 2 Tbsp. celery flakes
1 recipe cornbread
4 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. melted butter
1 qt. stock (warm)
Preparation

Make cornbread and break up.
Let dry 1 day.
Remove giblets from turkey in 1-quart of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours.
