Ann Waldrop'S Easy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked broccoli (either fresh or frozen)
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, drained (optional)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. white or black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Oil a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix all ingredients in the casserole, except cheese.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Reheats well.
