Green Chile Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean beef or 1 lb. diced pork
    4 small potatoes, peeled and diced*
    2 c. green chopped chili
    1 c. stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef or pork and potatoes together. Stir constantly to prevent sticking. Drain excess fat. Add green chili, tomatoes, salts and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
