Rainbow Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    3 c. color miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over low heat.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Blend in egg and powdered sugar.
    Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated.
    On waxed paper, shape coconut in a 16 x 8-inch rectangle. Roll log in coconut, coating completely.
    Chill several hours (for best results, chill overnight).
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Makes 5 dozen.
