Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pumpkin
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat together nutmeg, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, oil and salt.
    Add pumpkin, flour, water and baking soda.
    Grease and flour three (1-pound) coffee cans. Pour mixture into cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Can be frozen.
