Chicken Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 broiler chicken, skinned and cut up
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 c. chicken broth or stock
    1 large egg
    2 large egg whites
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. chopped thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onions (sauteed with mushrooms)
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Coat chicken in mixture.
    Cook chicken in moderately hot oil for 4 minutes on each side.
    Add stock and bring to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.
