Mustard Ring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Beat eggs in top of double boiler.
    In another dish, mix thoroughly sugar and gelatin.
    Stir in mustard, turmeric and salt. Add water and vinegar to eggs; stir in sugar mixture.
    Cook over boiling water until thick, stirring eggs constantly.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart mold or individual molds. Center may be filled with black olives or cole slaw.
    Great with ham.
