Six Weeks Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 15 oz. box raisin bran cereal
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. soda
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 17 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 c. vegetable oil
    raisins, optional
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients by hand. Add eggs and milk. Fold in fruit cocktail and oil. Bake as needed in well greased or paper-lined muffin tin. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let batter stand at least 24 hours before baking first batch. Batter may be refrigerated up to 6 weeks.
