Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Add salt, melted butter and sugar.
    Beat well. Add milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 7 minutes at 425\u00b0, then bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
