Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    marshmallows
    1/2 stick margarine (for top)
    1/2 c. pecans, crushed
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mash potatoes; add margarine.
    Add eggs, milk, cream, cinnamon and sugar.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Put marshmallows on top; with fork, very lightly dip down in mixture until they are wet. Combine brown sugar and pecans; sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Put small pats of butter on top.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Top will be crusty.
    Serves 8.
