Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. raw peeled, deveined shrimp
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Grated cheese may be added to the top before baking if you like.
    Double the recipe for a large casserole.
