Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cream
    2 tart apples, peeled and cut into wedges
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Mix baking powder and flour.
    Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture, alternating with cream.
    Pour into 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Peel apples and cut into wedges.
    Arrange wedges in a fan on top of batter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
