Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pillsbury (8) crescent rolls or pizza crust
    1 (8 oz.) tub light sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped
    1 bunch cauliflower, finely chopped
    3 to 4 carrots, shredded
    1/2 lb. skim Mozzarella, grated
    1 small can sliced black olives
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls or pizza crust on pizza pan or small cookie sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0; let cool.
    Mix sour cream and Hidden Valley dressing mix together and spread over the cooled crust.
    Sprinkle the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots over the sour cream mixture, heavily.
    Garnish with grated Mozzarella cheese and black olives.
    Let chill one hour before serving.
    Slice in small pieces for appetizers or larger pieces for a salad type luncheon.
